Nova Scotia's nurses have told us they want skills and professional development. That's why we're offering LPN bursaries (PDF) to develop competencies in medication administration and physical assessment. It's why we're ensuring that new and transferring nurses receive a formal orientation (PDF). And it's why we're making continuing education (PDF) funding available.
