That's why our entire team from nurses, to laboratory technologists, to surgeons and speech language pathologists - are so highly valued. It is also why health human resources planning is a priority.

It is critical that Nova Scotia have the right number, mix, and distribution of health-care providers. We are therefore dedicated to building a system that is responsive to the changing health needs of our province and its health-care professionals.
