As part of our health human resource planning process we are seeking out the most effective and efficacious best practices in human resources, and we're making our decisions based on the best available research and evidence. With this as our foundation, we're working toward establishing programs, policies and practices designed to support a world-class human resource strategy. With the practical use of evidence, and the appropriate supporting infrastructure in place, we will create better environments for Nova Scotia's health-care providers and better outcomes for patients.
