Telehealth

Nova Scotia was the first province in Canada to establish a province-wide Telehealth network.

So far, it has improved patient access to services regardless of where they live. Helped our rural health-care professionals access support services without leaving their communities, and facilitated consultations across the province.

Today, we are looking at new ways to use Telehealth in long-term care facilities.
