

All of Nova Scotia's ambulances are now equipped with 12-lead ECG defibrillators capable of performing the same type of electrocardiogram test on a patient at the scene as they would normally receive in the hospital.
So far, we’ve seen a 7.2 per cent reduction in mortality.
